Metabolism has a major role in Weight Loss program
Metabolism is the amount of energy (in calories) that the body burns to maintain itself in resting state of an individual. For loose your weight increases your metabolic rate, that can enable you lose more weight without cutting heavy calories. The metabolic rate decreases 5 % each decade, after the age of 30 years. You can improve your metabolic rate with some changes in your lifestyle & that will be helpful in your weight loss program.
Following are the steps to improve your metabolism and be healthy on your wedding day
(a) Eat small, frequent meals regularly & avoid dieting. Include Fruits, Salads, Oats, high protein & high fibre food. Healthy snacks will also increase metabolism system.
(b) Eat your meals slowly and sensibly, because if you eat faster than you can consume more food & that increased your fat & decreases your metabolism. By eating slowly sensibly improve your metabolism & correct your digestive system
(c) Eat your meals on a scheduled time improves your metabolism. So take your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks at a scheduled time.
(d) The chemical reaction in your body occurs in water, so make sure that you have drunk a lot of water. Iced water is more effective than ordinary water because when you drink ice cold water, your body burns more calories for warming water to the body temperature.
(e) Cardiovascular exercises such as walking, jogging or swimming at least four days in a week, for a minimum of 30 minutes can also improve your metabolism & correct your digestive system & decreases your fat levels.
(f) Sip Green tea instead of coffee, because Green tea contains a variety of enzymes, amino acids, carbohydrates, carotenoids, tocopherols, vitamins, caffeine and dietary minerals which are helpful to increase the metabolism & also helpful in a weight loss program.
(g) Lead an active life to improve your metabolism. If you have a sitting job for the whole day then your metabolism starts becoming sluggish. To avoid this increase your activity levels as choose the stairs instead of elevators & walk when possible instead of driving, keep your body busy with one or another way & be helpful yourself by changing your attitude positive & improve your metabolism system & be healthy
